What exactly is an Affiliate Program?

A. An affiliate program is one of the most cutting edge tools in Internet Marketing. It enables us, Osumex, to mobilize a very large sales force, and only pay for resulting sales. While in the real world this would be laughed at, ( for example, try going to any newspaper publisher and asking them to run an ad for you and you tell them you'll pay them 20% of your profits from that ad), on the Internet this is all possible and very profitable for both the affiliate and the company.

What do you pay out per product of Osumex that is sold?

A. We pay 10% to you for every Osumex product sold that comes through your unique URL. We don't just pay you once, however, we pay you for every reorder as well.

What URL do I use to link to you?

A. First you must sign up and become an affiliate. Then an email will come that will tell you your ID, password and the unique URL you need to link to us. You can sign up to be an affiliate here.

The unique URL will look like this: http://www.osumex.com/at.cgi/XXXXXX/

(you replace the XXXXXX with your unique ID)

How do I link to your site?

A. You use basic HTML, which we provide, to link to us on your site. There are different options for linking. You can use a text link, banners, images, a recommendation, a newsletter article, whatever you like best. We recommend linking to us in a few different ways using different headlines, banners, and images.

Once signed up, and subject to meeting certain volumes, you can access your account to find out how your affiliate program is performing.

What if I don't have a website?

A. While a website would increase your sales, you do not need one to participate and earn. Simply tell your friends and associates about the Osumex products and make sure you include your unique ID# and URL. You can also promote via email signatures, message boards, autoresponders, and many other advanced strategies.

Does the customer have to buy the first time they come to your site through my link?

A. No. The affiliate program remembers which visitor came from which affiliate. The visitor can order on the second visit or hundredth visit a year later. As long as they use the same computer you receive credit for each and every bottle they buy plus reorders.

Is there a minimum amount I must have in my account before you will send me a cheque?

A. Yes, you must accrue $25.00 before we send you a cheque and this can be in any of the three currency of Canadian Dollars (CAD$) or United States Dollars (US$) or British Pounds (GB£). If you do not have $25.00 in commissions for a month it will rollover to the next until you do have $25.00.

When do you mail checks?

A. We mail cheques the first week of every month.

What if a customer I referred does not order via your website? Will I still get credit?

A. Yes. On the fax form and mail-in form we will input your unique ID. By phone, your number is read to us and we credit you with the sale. By mail, your ID number is printed on the order. On the Internet, of course, this is all done automatically.

Can I use the text and images from your site in promoting the Osumex products?

A. Yes, as long as there is a link to our site (your affiliate link), you may use any of the text and images from our site in promoting the Ousmex products and Osumex. You can also use any of the articles on our website.

I live outside Canada. Can I still promote Osumex and its products?

A. Absolutely. Currently 30% of our orders come from outside Canada.

We have affiliates from all over the world. We pay in Canadian Dollars (CAD$) or United States Dollars (US$) or British Pounds (GB£) by cheque once a month. Since we charge reasonable S&H to any country, the Osumex products are continually building demand throughout the world. Furthermore, you will often be one of only a few in your country, giving you access to a very large untapped market. We currently have affiliates in the US, Canada, Mexico, Germany, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, and the United Kingdom.
